Western Ghats

The Western Ghats, the range of mountains running parallel to western cost of India  are the home to a variety of flora and fauna. It is is covered by dense rain-forests and houses some very interesting trekking trails.

The area is one of the world's hottest biodiversity hotspots and is the home to wide variety of species of plant and animal life. At least 325 globally threatened species have made their homes in the Western Ghats.  A majority of the national parks and wildlife sanctuaries here are declared UNESCO world Heritage sites.

There are bundle of hikes that can done in the ranges starting all the way from Maharashtra to Tamil Nadu. We organize regular fixed departure treks in the Western Ghats primarily in the Karnataka, Kerala  and Tamil Nadu region on the Ghats where we find the most dense forests and picturesque green mountains .

We continuously try to find new treks and make it accessible to fellow travelers. Some of the best trails in Karnataka include:

  • Tadiandamol Peak
